Bajaj Finance company operating in Maliyekal shop in Karunagappally , Kollam district harrazing customers charging prize on offer products they are awarding. Bajaj Finance is the largest NBFC in the consumer finance segment , but now they are frauding customers putting prize on offer products. Many more repeat complaints is been against this company in recent times.
The company inviting customers that we are giving you fare service as per the terms and conditions of our company rules and collection methods we are adopting is reasonable. After taking financial assistance from this company they are fooling the customers adding additional charges in offer products too.
One person who is not ready to reveal his name on legal issues said he and his brother took a financial assistance from this company for buying a product from the shop. After buying a product shop executives awarded him another product for free and said this is an offer that if you are buying this product you will get this additional offer product for free charges. The product he purchased was a godrej air conditioner and he recieved another product free for purchasing this air conditioner. And he paid all interest rate every month with out any obstacles.
After completing all the EMI charges , they put additional charges to the product he was given by the shop executives free. He said that when he approached the bajaj staffs for complaining this the behaviour was really bad and they were followed rude mentality.
And he added that this is the common practice of bajaj finance and they scrag the throat of customers with too much of interest and fooling them charging additional interest to offer products. This must be stopped for ever , else other person will fell into their net with out knowing this.
