അന്വേഷണം വാർത്തകൾ ലഭിക്കാന്‍ വാട്സാപ്പ് ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍ ചേരൂ.കൊച്ചി: ശ്ലോസ് ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ ലിമിറ്റഡിന്‍റെ (‘ദ ലീല’ ബ്രാന്‍ഡ്) 3,500 കോടി രൂപയുടെ പ്രാഥമിക ഓഹരി വില്‍പന (ഐപിഒ) 2025 മെയ് 26 മുതല്‍ 28 വരെ നടക്കും. 2,500 കോടി രൂപയുടെ പുതിയ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളും പ്രമോട്ടര്‍മാരുടെ 1,000 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികളുടെ ഓഫര്‍ ഫോര്‍ സെയിലുമാണ് ഐപിഒയില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
10 രൂപ മുഖവിലയുള്ള ഓഹരി ഒന്നിന് 413 രൂപ മുതല്‍ 435 രൂപ വരെയാണ് പ്രൈസ് ബാന്‍ഡ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. കുറഞ്ഞത് 34 ഇക്വിറ്റി ഓഹരികള്‍ക്കും തുടര്‍ന്ന് 34ന്‍റെ ഗുണിതങ്ങള്‍ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. ഓഹരികള്‍ എന്‍എസ്ഇയിലും ബിഎസ്ഇയിലും ലിസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യും.
